Organization Funding Application

Funding determinations are made by the Community Closet Board of Directors quarterly. Deadlines are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 30. Applications must be received by or postmarked on the deadline. If you're unable to use this form, you may email a printable version to grants@communitycloset.org, mail to 416 E. Park Street, Livingston, MT 59047, or drop off your application at Community Closet, attention Caron Cooper, by the deadline.

If this is an emergency or you are facing immediate need, please make sure that is noted in the last note field of the application.

If you receive a grant, a report must be submitted within six months of receiving the grant.
